Customer design print artwork
The customer sends us the printed design and confirms it by the engineer.
Choose the printing method
Digital printing: digital printing is to input the pattern into the computer through digital form, edited by computerized color separation system (CAD), and then controlled by computer to control the micro-piezo nozzle to directly spray special dye solution to On the textile, the desired pattern is formed.
Suitable for digital thermal transfer printing fabrics: chiffon, Oxford, polyester, polyester, and cotton.
Flat screen printing: The printing mold is a polyester or nylon screen (flower plate) fixed on a square frame and having a hollow pattern. The pattern on the lower plate can pass through the color paste, and the pattern without the pattern closes the mesh with a polymer film layer. When printing, the stencil presses the fabric, and the stencil is colored with a squeegee and is scraped back and forth with a doctor blade to make the color paste pass through the pattern to reach the surface of the fabric. The flat screen printing has low production efficiency, but has wide adaptability and flexible application, and is suitable for small batch and multi-variety production.
Rotary screen printing: The printing mold is a cylindrical nickel screen with a hollow pattern, which is installed in a certain order above the rubber belt of the circulating operation and can rotate synchronously with the belt. When printing, the color paste is input into the net and stored at the bottom of the net. When the round net rotates with the guide belt, the scraper and the flower net which are pressed against the bottom of the net are relatively scraped, and the color paste reaches the surface of the fabric through the net pattern.
The rotary screen printing is continuous processing, with high production efficiency, and has the advantages of a roller and flat screen printing, but there are certain limitations in the fineness of the pattern and the richness of the printing color.
Pigment printing: also known as paint printing. Since the pigment is a water-insoluble coloring matter, it has no affinity for the fiber, and its coloring is achieved by the coating of a polymer compound (adhesive) capable of film formation and the adhesion to the fiber.
Pigment printing can be used for the processing of any fiber textile. It has superiority in the printing of blended and woven fabrics, and the process is simple, the chromatogram is wide, the flower shape is clear, but the hand feel is not good and the rubbing fastness is not high.
Make samples
After confirming the color, process, size, fabric, and weight, sample preparation is performed. This will result in a certain proofing fee.
Send samples
After the sample is produced, it will be sent to the customer by courier. The courier fee is the responsibility of the customer.
Achieve a deal
After the customer confirms that the sample is correct, mass production is carried out.
