Scarf Customization Process

1. Provide Your Design & Requirements

To begin, customers provide:
✔ Design drawings – Including size, thickness, and detailed specifications.
✔ Brand logo – Options include embroidered logos, woven labels, or sewn-on fabric tags. Marking the logo position on the design ensures accuracy.
✔ Material selection – Choose from a wide range of fabrics, such as silk, chiffon, wool, cotton, polyester, and more.
✔ Color preferences – Select from our Pantone color card or provide specific color references. We support custom patterns and prints as well.

2. Sample Production

Once the design is confirmed, we hand over the design drawings to the factory for sampling.
✔ Sampling time – Usually 7 days, depending on factory scheduling.
✔ Sample cost – To be discussed and confirmed separately via email.

3. Sample Approval & Contract Signing

✔ The factory completes the prototype sample and sends it to the customer for confirmation.
✔ If the sample meets expectations, a contract is signed to proceed with mass production.
✔ If modifications are needed, the factory can make adjustments (extra revision costs may apply).

4. Mass Production

✔ Once the contract is finalized, the factory begins bulk production.
✔ Production time – Typically 25-40 days, depending on order size and design complexity.
✔ Production capacity – Up to 3,000 scarves per day, or 2,500 per day for special craftsmanship.

5. Quality Inspection & Shipping

✔ After production, quality inspectors check every batch to ensure top quality.
✔ Shipping options:

• For large orders, sea freight is included in the cost.

• For smaller orders, customers may need to cover shipping fees.
  ✔ We arrange fast and reliable global shipping through trusted logistics partners.

6. Packaging & Protection

✔ Inner packaging – Each scarf is packed in a protective bag to prevent moisture and damage.
✔ Outer packaging – Cartons with corrugated cardboard boxes for extra protection.
✔ Scarves may develop wrinkles during shipping, but they can be easily ironed back to their original shape.

7. Returns & After-Sales Support

✔ If there are damaged or missing items, please take photos and contact us immediately.
✔ We will investigate the issue and provide a satisfactory resolution.
